DUZ Hub is construction-management software for project records, communication and workflow coordination. Users remain responsible for verifying project information, code requirements, professional stamps, contract obligations and field conditions.

Electronic approvals

Electronic approval features record the user, time and submitted approval data. Their legal effect depends on the agreement, jurisdiction and business process. Obtain legal review before relying on DUZ Hub as the sole system for legally required signatures.

Construction documents

Drawings, permits, engineering documents and other project records must be reviewed by the appropriate qualified parties. DUZ Hub does not replace licensed professional judgment.

Availability

Offline and synchronization tools reduce connectivity dependence but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keep required project backups and verify synchronization before relying on time-sensitive records.
