What DUZ Hub processes

DUZ Hub processes account information, company and project records, contacts, subcontractor assignments, financial project data, documents, photos, time entries, device push tokens, and optional jobsite location supplied through enabled field workflows.

Why the information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, operate construction workflows, synchronize authorized devices, deliver notifications, generate reports, maintain audit records, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.

Location, camera, and photos

Camera access is used only when you capture project photos or scan authorized equipment codes. Location access is requested only for company-enabled field activity. DUZ Hub does not use location or project information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Service providers

Your organization may connect storage, email, payments, accounting, artificial-intelligence, and notification providers. Data is shared with configured providers only to perform the requested business function.

Retention and deletion

Company administrators control business-record retention. Individual users can initiate account deletion inside the web and iOS apps. Deleting the sole owner of a company requires ownership transfer or explicit deletion of the company and its records.

Security

DUZ Hub uses encrypted transport, role-based access, tenant isolation, rotating sessions, hashed public tokens, audit logs, and server-side secret management. No security system eliminates all risk.
